  • Late Cancellations / No-Shows: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled time, or missed appointments without notice, may be subject to a cancellation fee.

2. Refunds

  • Self-Pay Services: Refunds for prepaid services are issued in cases of overpayment or billing errors. Refunds are generally processed within 7–10 business days.

  • Non-Refundable Services: Some services, such as administrative fees, lab tests already performed, or vaccine doses purchased, may be non-refundable.

  • Medical Emergencies: If an appointment is missed due to a true medical emergency, please contact us as soon as possible. Exceptions to cancellation or refund policies may be granted at our discretion.

  • Clinic Errors: If an error on our part occurs, including scheduling mistakes or billing errors, we will correct the issue promptly and issue a refund if applicable.
